I’m Tracy Vittorini, Founder of Teen Edge and Life Launch.
As a mom, I’ve always believed that one of the greatest things we can do for the next generation is help them recognize their value, believe in themselves, and feel equipped to navigate life with confidence.
With a Master’s Degree in Psychology specializing in adolescents and more than 28 years of business experience, including over 20 years in career-related fields, I bring together my passion for helping young people and my real-world experience to make a meaningful impact.
My mission is simple: to give teens and young adults the tools, confidence, and power skills to unlock their potential and build a life they’re proud of. Through interactive workshops, personalized coaching, and hands-on experiences, we go beyond simply teaching skills. We help young people put those skills into action, discover what makes them unique, and recognize what they’re capable of achieving.
Teen Edge helps teens build confidence, strengthen relationships, develop essential life skills, and prepare for success in school, sports, and beyond.
Life Launch takes that mission into the next stage of life, helping college students, young professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs discover their strengths, own their value, and navigate adulthood with greater confidence and purpose.
Because success isn't just about what you accomplish. It's about who you become along the way.

This is one of the most important times of a kid's life, becoming an adult. Sometimes they don't have it all figured out, and sometimes they just need direction and a blueprint to find their way!
College, or Not. I give them the key to stand out, get a career they love & make their dreams come true! It takes work, but I can help in multiple ways!

"She is making more progress with you than her therapist. It just seems like you are more successful on getting her to move forward. She is beginning to make more/different friends"
“She liked it a lot and wants to do more courses like a whole week during winter break. She loved the other teens as well, and it was a great way to connect. I am very happy I put her in this.”
“Let me tell you--my son is THE most hesitant to try things like this. He has excuses why not to go. He gave me a hard time about going. However, he came home and talked about it. And liked it! And didn’t say he wasn’t going back. He said it was cool and told me about some of the exercises and smiled! If you are hesitant, put your kids in this workshop. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.”
"You have given my son the tools needed to feel confident in college and beyond. He talks about leadership often and is very goal oriented and is now adding Communication as a minor. He has really shown such an improvement in the year you've worked with him. Thank You"

“I loved that I could learn all of this while having fun. I know it's something I will use all of the time. You weren't boring, you made it where I will remember all of it too. I will also remember the story of "How bad do you want it"
“I didn’t want to come at all but I am so glad I did. It was much better than I thought. I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. The way you teach it makes me want to improve myself"
I had another Socratic seminar. I spoke very clearly and made eye contact, and I spoke 9 times! I chimed in for the agree and disagree questions, and I respectfully said, "I get what you're saying but I do disagree." Thank you for helping me in the workshop and teaching me how to communicate better! It really helped!
"Everything that you taught and told me that I needed for college applications really helped me. I received a scholarship specifically for leadership. I also feel confident and ready for real life after college. You have taught me things that aren't taught in school. I am grateful for you and you are and will always be a mentor to me"
