We offer speaking engagements, interactive workshops for groups and community events!

My goal is to provide guidance, direction & motivation. 

I am fun & engaging but I will keep them accountable. I am focused on action over words. I help with social interaction, confidence, how to handle conflict, setting & smashing goals and discussions on what is holding them back!

Coaching for young adults ranges from presenting in groups, 

resume and interview prep to business etiquette.
